Ossid Announces Tyler Murray Promotion

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Tyler Murray to Customer Care – Service Support for Ossid. This change will take effect on Tuesday, January 21st, 2020.

Tyler started with Ossid in 2015 as a Stock Room Attendant and in 2017, he transferred into a Field Service Technician position. Tyler has excelled in his service role and we are confident he will be successful in this new role.

Tyler will be responsible for technical quoting for the Customer Care Department by providing/ensuring customers receive prompt/accurate product service quotations and follow up support. He will handle customer service inquiries (telephone calls, emails, etc.), quoting field service trips and following up on services performed.

Tyler will also be the back up for the Tiffany Silver who is responsible for managing all aspects of the parts sales cycle. This will include tracking and following up on parts quotations, providing parts quotations and receiving phone, email and internet sales calls for Ossid parts.
